Thank you for taking the time to talk with me the other day. Your technical knowledge regarding
Hygrozyme was very helpful.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the feed back we have been getting from our customers
regarding Hygrozyme. The customers that propagate have been immediately experiencing a
huge increase in root mass and structural growth, allowing a much shorter time spent under cover.

Some plant species that usually need ten to fourteen days under dome before they are ready to transplant
are now ready in five days. The comments on early vegetative growth right after transplanting are
just as exciting. “I have never seen anything like this” and “the growth in 4 days is as much as what
used to take us twelve”, are statements that have been repeatedly made to my staff.

As suppliers of greenhouse equipment and supplies for the past seven years we have never seen anything
quite like this. Every single customer is coming back with a huge smile on their face, praising us.

We honestly now believe that letting a customer leave without mentioning Hygrozyme is doing them a
disservice, and we have always followed a strict policy not to push any product at any time. There is
now one exception.

Thank you,
Glen A. Wallace
